Guide
How to submit consoles — working or broken
Consoles get their own listings with real offers you can build in a few taps. Medium scratches and scuffs on the shell are fine, light screen yellowing on handhelds is fine, and consoles that don't work at all can still be sent in for a manual offer. Here's the whole flow.
Step 1
Find your console
Open Consoles We Buy or use the search on the sell page. You can filter by brand (Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Sega, and more) and by type — handheld or home console. Each card shows the top offer up front.
Searching works with variants too: look up "SNES Jr" and the Super Nintendo listing appears with that variant pre-selected.

Step 2
Pick the variant and what's included
Tap your console to open it. Choose the exact variant (color or model — the offer can change per variant), then tick everything that comes with it: controller, cables and power, original box, and any other options on the listing.
Your offer updates live at the bottom as you select. If something is missing, tick the matching deduction instead — the price adjusts the same way, so what you see is what you're offered.

Step 3
Broken? Choose “Not working”
If the console doesn't power on, won't read games, or has any other fault, tap Not working. Describe what's wrong in the notes box and — if you're signed in — attach up to four photos of the damage so we can price it accurately.
Broken consoles don't get an instant price. They're added to your batch marked Manual review, and our team sends you a real offer after we see it. There's no obligation — you can decline any adjusted offer.

Step 4
Add it to your batch and ship
Tap Add to batch (or Add for manual offer on a broken unit) and the console sits in your batch alongside your games. Submit the batch like normal — approved offers are locked for 14 days (30 for MWGames+ members), and shipping is free on approved offers of $50 or more.
Every console is tested for functionality when it arrives, so keep the condition you selected accurate. The full rules are in the seller agreement.
