Terms of service & privacy policy

You agree to these terms when you create an MWGames account. Shipping and condition rules are covered in the seller agreement.

Terms of service

•You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian handling the sale for you.
•You confirm that every item you send is yours to sell and is authentic. Counterfeit or reproduction items are not accepted and are not returned.
•Offers are estimates until MWGames reviews your batch. Once we approve a price it is guaranteed for 14 days, or 30 days for MWGames+ members.
•Once a package is shipped to MWGames, items are not returned for any reason.
•You are responsible for the accuracy of your ship-from address and payout details.
•We may refuse or close an account for abuse, fraud, or repeated non-shipment.
•The full selling rules live in the seller agreement.

•Your name and email address when you create an account.
•Your mobile phone number, if you choose to add one — it is always optional.
•Your ship-from address and the payout handle you choose (Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo).
•The items in your batches, condition notes, messages you send us, and receipt photos you upload.
•Basic technical data your browser sends, used to keep the site running.

•To price your batch, send your shipping label, and pay you.
•To message you about your batch on this site.
•To send marketing or promotional emails only if you opted in at signup — you can ask us to stop at any time.
•If you add a phone number, to text you the same batch, offer, message, and payout notifications we email you.

•Adding a phone number is optional. By adding one you agree to receive automated text messages from MWGames about your account and your batches.
•Message frequency varies and depends on your batch activity. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
•Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges for receiving texts are your responsibility, and MWGames is not responsible for them.
•Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also remove your phone number in account settings at any time and the texts stop.
•Opting out of texts does not stop the email notifications you need to complete a sale.
•We never sell or share your phone number. It is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts.
•Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

•We never sell or rent your personal information.
•We never share your payout handle or address with anyone except the shipping carrier and payment app used for your batch.
•We never post your name or collection publicly without your permission.

•You can edit or remove your address, phone number, payout method, email, and password in account settings.
•You can delete your account at any time from account settings, which removes your profile data.
